We are currently looking for Sales input at our Head Office in North Shields. The successful candidate will be target driven, solution focussed and resilient with great positive energy.

As a Sales Executive, you will …

  • Introduce The Collect Group and our services to valid prospects
  • Establish clients’ needs and promote the right solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Arrange follow up work for colleagues and Regional Partners
  • Manage all prospect information effectively
  • Record client information and notes accurately
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues

Skills and Experience needed …

  • Experience working with customers face to face or in a contact centre environment
  • Sales experience required
  • Solution focussed and organised
  • An understanding of the sales process and closing
  • Target driven and resilient
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled at rapport building
  • Adaptable to change and positive energy
